Warranty
All products manufactured by QUICK CLEAT, L.L.C., are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year on all products and activated upon purchase. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty applies only to the original owner. This warranty is void if the product is used commercially (a for-profit business), structurally altered or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in body or components, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use. Normal wear and tear is not warrantied.
Please follow the process below for all warranty claims:
1. Warranty claims should be made by contacting QUICK CLEAT at 1-800-975-3809.
2. If QUICK CLEAT determines the claim is within the terms of the warranty, damaged products must be returned to QUICK CLEAT for repair or possible replacement at discretion of QUICK CLEAT. When possible, please ship product in its original or adequate packaging to the address provided below. The Return ID number (RA#) provided by QUICK CLEAT customer service is required for all warranty claims. Please do not send your purchase back to the QUICK CLEAT without this Return ID number.

3. If product is deemed defective, QUICK CLEAT will repair or replace product as necessary, and return to customer (returned at no additional cost).
4. Once your return is received and inspected, a customer service representative will reach out to you regarding next steps.
QUICK CLEAT reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products or those in the hands of dealers or consumers. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.
Returns Policy
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from Quick Cleat LLC, you can return the product(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For products purchased directly from our authorized dealers, their return policy applies to your purchase. Please contact them directly for information regarding their return policy.

You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused / unworn, and returned in the original packaging. If possible, please include a copy of original receipt of the purchase. A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. After 30 days, a store credit for the price of the merchandise will be issued on all merchandise returned within 60 days of the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused / unworn, and returned in the original packaging. This store credit has no expiration date. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 60 days of the original purchase date.
